What started as a personal detail on my own car turned into a product trusted by people who care about every single detail on their car. Our custom carbon-style license plate frames are made for enthusiasts who want OEM-level quality and look and make no compromises.

The meaning behind coM5ition

The name coM5ition is an Abbreviation. In Bulgarian, the number 5 is pronounced “pet”, making coM5ition read as “com-pet-ition” incorporating both M5 and competition.

The Idea

In 2019, I ordered my BMW M5 competition. Like any true enthusiast, I began upgrading the car making it look more exclusive. Not long after I had every carbon element that was offered — except one small but noticeable detail: the license plate frame.

Unable to find a frame that matches the OEM carbon fiber finish and quality, I decided to create one myself.

My First Frame

I found a high-quality base frame and a specialized workshop that could apply a true OEM-style carbon look using hydrographics — not a cheap Chineese carbon imitation, but a finish that perfectly matched my genuine M performance carbon parts.

To complete the design, I integrated my Instagram logo using a custom 3M sticker and added an additional layer clear coat to ensure long-term durability and refinement.

From Passion to a Business

Once installed on my car, the frame immediately attracted attention on car meets and events. Questions followed. Requests came next. What began as a single solution for my own car quickly evolved into a product demanded by enthusiasts who also wanted a custom unique detail for their cars.

That moment marked the beginning of the brand.

Recognition

My passion about individualization and carbon fiber made my M5 equipped with all M Performance parts. This caught the attention of BMW AG. They featured me and my car in a video on their official YouTube channel and in BMW Welt in Munich — where I described myself as “carbon addicted.”

For me, that recognition confirmed one rule: attention to detail matters.
