All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. You’ll receive an update via email if there are any significant delays.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your parcel is returned, we can reship it at your expense.
